This year MTV isletting the fans decide who the nominees are for the VMA’s! Voting opens todayfor the Best Hip-Hop and Pop Video categories. Make sure to go to vma.mtv.comto vote for Timbaland‘s videos “Scream" and "Apologize" in the Pop category.  Voting closes Wednesday 7/30 at 11 AMEST.
